Conditions of Sale
Pricing Policy: All
prices are based on quantity of each item ordered. Prices exclude HST or GST,
which will be added to all invoices and will be shown as a separate item. Prices
are subject to change without notice, however we endeavour to provide 30 days
advice. Please call if you require a catalogue. Volume pricing is available.
Minimum Order: Our
minimum order level is $50.00.
Freight Policy: Orders
valued at $500.00 dealer cost will be shipped freight FREE via a carrier of our
choice. Orders less than $500.00 will be shipped prepaid and freight charged on
the invoice at a minimum of $7.50 or actual freight charge, whichever is
greater. All orders are F.O.B. our Dartmouth, NS warehouse. Orders of
particularly heavy product (e.g. paper, CD’s or diskettes), are subject to
separate freight and handling charges. All printers, fax machines and
multi-function centers are subject to freight charges. Details are provided at
time of order.
Back Orders: FREE
shipping and handling is included with any back orders with the exception of
items which do not qualify for prepaid shipping as noted above.
Short & Damaged Shipments:
We strive to be accurate in our shipping, however in the event of a short
shipment, notification must be made within 2 days of receipt of order. Any
broken or missing goods resulting from damage in transit must be reported to the
carrier immediately.
Returns: All returns
must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number obtained from Atlantic.
Please fill out and fax our DEFECTIVE GOODS RETURN FORM to obtain this. Return
Authorization numbers expire 30 days after being issued. No defective goods will
be accepted after 90 days from date of invoice. Non-defective goods returned
are subject to a 15% restock charge. Non- defective goods must be in original
package and re-saleable condition. Goods must be returned freight prepaid with a
copy of our completed RA Form enclosed and RA number clearly written on the
outside of the package. Special Order products are not returnable.
Empty or end of duty cartridges will
be returned freight collect.
Hardware (printers, fax machines and
multi-function centers) is non-returnable. Brother Canada prefers to deal with
the end-user concerning defective hardware and consumable supplies. Please have
the customer call Brother direct at 1-800-853-6660.
Warranty: No warranty,
expressed or implied, for damages resulting from the use of consumables in any
machine, other than applicable vendor warranties.
